What’s up with Rachel Ray’s boobs?

For some unknown reason Rachel Ray decided to go out in public with a shear top. WTF? Is today show your boobs day? (ie: Vanessa Hudgens) they look really weird. Just click on the images and see for yourself.  Unlike Vanessa, nobody wants to see Rachel Ray’s rack . Even through her clothes.
