Some folks are calling this a "nip slip" , frankly it’s a boob slip which is preferred by most men of course. I really don’t think Lilly Allen gives a shit either way ,we have seen those boobs before. I personally like a shapely woman like Lilly Allen. See more in HQ in our Celebrity Forum

Lily Allen looked pretty hot with her pink hair at the Glamour Woman Of The Year Awards on June 3rd 2008…I’m not a big fan of her but this gave her a very cute look… See lots more here
