Los Angeles hot spot Koi opened a new Restaurant in Las Vegas, yesterday. One thing all these hollywood Grand Openings have in common is sexy celebrities walking the carpet. Petra Nemcova definitely qualifies as sexy. Punk rocker Avril Lavigne was also there and the posed for a couple of pictures with Nemcova.
