Damn, Miley Cyrus has a huge ass tongue…I had to say that, it just caught me off guard. This little talent machine rocke the plaza at 30 Rock in Manhattan. The NYPD had to shut down two streets for Miley’s Today Show concert. Tons of pics of Miley’s concert here.
