This lucky little tike is the son of Brian Austin Green and his mother is hottie Vanessa Marcil. I’m not sure if Megan Fox and Green are back together but these are candids of her picking up his son from school. She looked hot as usual with a tight shirt and jeans while wearing his backpack.
