Celebrity Psycho Britney Spears is so Dumb (how dumb is she?) She is so dumb she hasn’t figures out that one of her neighbors keeps taking pics of her and publishing them. On that note we need to get that neighbor a video camera instead. Here she is dancing up a storm unlike the MTV VMA’s .
